The Caribbean Conservation Corporation, that oversees this beach and the protection of the turtles in this area, is now known as the Sea Turtle Conservancy. For more information about this group, click here.

    Very cute tiny creatures! Amazing how prominent the shells are right when the turtles are young! Great idea to keep them protected!

    Strikingly gorgeous. Are you sure that one with its neck on the twig is for real? Looks a bit like a cardboard cutout.

    I, too, like the rustic signs in your first image. How wonderful they are so protective of the young turtles. Great capture of the hatchlings.
