Signs, Signs #41:

23 Nov

Hubby and I are fans of David Letterman and his show. We always catch his monologue before we retire for the night. And one of the things he always talk about was the proliferation of rats in the city and in the subway system. Therefore when we visited NYC in 2009, the first thing we did when we took the subway was to scour the platform for rats. No rats, thankfully, but we saw this sign.

And in that note ………..Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

That would certainly keep me alert on the NYC subway!

And in answer to your question on my blog: Shark teeth are often hung on a chain, or a leather cord, and used as a talisman or just as a piece of jewelry šŸ™‚

I would totally freak out if I saw a rat, in the subway or ANYWHERE!

That is one sign that I am so glad I have never seen here! But then there are no trains on my Mornington Peninsula! Very interesting!

Nothing like a good scary sign to mobilise the rodents away from the area! šŸ˜‰
    Good shot!

I used to drive subway trains. I never saw any rats but we all knew the were in tunnels.
