Photo Hunt #147: Waiting

When the theme WAITING came up on the list I remembered I have an old post from April over at my other blog that’s called WAITING.

I don’t know if it’s okay with photo hunt to refer to an old post to satisfy this week’s theme, but I am going to for this week.

    I just tried to leave a comment on your other blog but I’m not sure it went through. I’ve been having trouble commenting on blogger lately, not sure why.

    Great collection of “waiting pics” and I see no problem revisiting an older post that works with this theme 🙂

    Wow, amazing post. I should have linked my PhotoHunt entry to your post as well (hehe). It captured everything that was so oddly elusive to me when I was doing my photo ‘hunting’.

    You have done really well, especially with the first two. I find patience to be the best way of photographing birds in the wild. It really is like fishing, if you are lucky you bag a few if not, you go home empty handed yet still the richer for having been out in nature. I am handicapped, although aI have all the bells and whistles on my camera, without sufficient eyesight, I have to use auto-focus and generally just blast at the birds with the sports setting and hope for the best. I would love to take really good photos like I did when I was younger but we all must work within our limitations and make the best of it.
