That’s an amazing sky. It looks like something out of a movie. So much drama. To answer your question, I don’t know why the flowers in the tree in my post have such a short bloom where you live. Where I live, they often bloom and are then hit by a hard frost or they are about to bloom and it gets so cold the blossoms are lost. They are fine with very cold weather when the buds are tiny but once they get full they are vulnerable.
