Sky Watch #119: Tropical Depression

09 Dec

I was thankful that the hurricane switched gears when we went to visit Cancun. No hurricane but were left with a tropical depression that gave me dramatic skies to capture.

June 2010, Cancun.

Truly dramatic. Looks more a painting than camera work.

Those are dramatic, but I’m sure you were happy they didn’t get any more dramatic than that!

Whenever I see a picture of Cancun, it’s always blue sky and a beautiful sunset (something like that). Your photo is very unique in terms of this and I really like your photo. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend.

Yes, they were lucky this season. That area has more than its share of storms. Such a nice place to be destroyed so often.
