This is my Emma. She got her first blessing on Sunday in connection with St. Francis’ feast day. It was her first time out – not counting her trip to the vet. She was a good girl; she remained quiet and was observant. She was not agitated by the many people and dogs. She quietly received her blessing. As a mom, I was so proud.

What a beauty Emma is, and such a good girl. I’m sure you were very proud of her when she went for the blessing. We no longer have the blessing of the pets at my church and I’m so sorry, because I know my dog would be a good girl, too.
