Looks like the sun brought everyone out.
I’ve only been to SF once in the days before satnav. I was the mapnav – remember getting lost around this bridge. Any where rather than doing those hills!

I thought I’d pop back to answer your question about mine: the white flowers are on a dogwood but the dogwood tree is growing towards and into an oak tree which has leafed out. Therefore a lot of the leaves are oak leaves even though the flowers are dogwood flowers.

Beautiful. I’ve seen that bridge every time I’ve visited San Francisco (it’s hard to miss) but have never driven across it. San Francisco is one of my favorite cities, one in which I’d love to live, so I’m glad I’ve discovered your blog.

The bridge almost seems to sit in a field of plants! And the clear blue of the sky highlights the shape and detail of the bridge! Lovely shot!

Excellent drive by shot! It’s almost as if the tourists are there skywatching too! Thanks for visiting my tulips. I go up to Washington several times a year…always drive…12-14 hours straight through depending on traffic. Of course this last time I got stuck for the night in Yreka because of the snowstorm!
