I spotted:

An insect while walking so I took a picture of it.

A thistle (or teasle?) while walking so I took a picture of it.

    I haven’t seen this cute little grasshopper for some time. Maybe I should take more walks now to capture all those wonderful nature shots.

    Were those taken recently? Wow! I think the insect is a fruit fly or? Love the sharpness of your shots!

      nope, both were taken last summer 🙂

      haven’t been out to shoot anything, nor to walk – always raining.

    Your insect happens to be a Robber Fly. I did a post on them last summer, they are pretty interesting bugs, and you got a very nice image of it~
