      I wish I knew. I was asking that myself. Someone suggested that maybe this was to deter some wild animals. I really don’t know.

    You could certainly work off some frustration by rowing and then when it was all out it would be relaxing to sit back and float along. 🙂

    With the amount of rain we’ve had here, over the last 2 weeks, I’m almost beginning to think that though! (Just kidding 🙂 ..)

    Yes, it would be. Only once did I see the street by my parent’s old house flood.. and that was during a tropical storm. Cars in the driveways were floating down into the street. We could have used a boat then.
