My World #26: Spring In New York

04 May

I finally got to see New York, a little portion of it, but still New York.  We went to a wedding and so in between the wedding and bonding with the newlyweds, we got to see a little bit of everything, see posts below.

I am sharing this image that I took by St. John’s Cathedral, not too far from Central Park west.

MY WORLD is a weekly meme that features a ton of informative posts about different worlds from all over the globe.  Go and visit.

Beautiful shot of the church. And an interesting account of the wedding and your visit in New York. I have worked with people from a number of countries including India and found the people who live in the states parctice both cultures. In one case, there were two weddings one here (her culture) and one back home (his culture). I have also found that people are firndly world wide.

I would love to give those glaciers a feel of the southern warmth. There are times in the summer I long to swap some northern chill to ease discomfort here. And that was surely a marvellous lifetime experience. Great sharing! Thanks for the visit.

Lovely to see a part of NY that is not skyscapers, steaming manholes or Brownstones.
