Watery Wednesday #10: Water between Alaska and Canada

21 Apr

It’s been almost 2 years since the cruise to Alaska and I am not done posting the photos.  I must have taken a ton (1400 something for a 7-day cruise) of photos.  Here are three of them that I took on the way back to Vancouver harbor.

I don’t think I even knew at that time if these were the waters in Canadian territory or it belongs to Alaska.  Wherever it is, it’s beautiful.

I would love to live in that little village.

Very beautiful – I love especially the last one. It looks like a lovely place but the winter must be long.

Beautiful, when we went to Alaska we were still shooting film. Maybe we need to go back. I hadn’t heard about the beaver in Martinez but I’m not surprised. They see to be everywhere.

I would love to take a cruise to Alaska. I hear it’s beautiful and your photos certainly confirm it. I’m surprised you only took 1400 shots. LOL! I went on a 3-day jazz cruise and had to upload the photos daily to my sister’s laptop. I was a mess with the camera but man, it was fun! 😀 I don’t think I missed a thing.

You sure captured the entire scene perfectly – the water, the sky, THE MOUNTAINS, all of it! Just absolutely breathtaking!!! I’d so love to go!

Oh la la! The snow clad alps. I am imagining Switzerland! And the water is bluer than the skies.
