A year ago, a friend of ours, a single guy found his haven in the posh hillside community east of San Francisco. He invited some friends over to check out the house, which was a ranch style (I love ranch style houses) and spend the afternoon noshing and watching sports on tv.
I was busy noshing and taking pictures. As you may understand I’m not going to show any photos of inside the house, it’s not mine to show. Anyway, what was really very nice about this house is it was move in ready. There is a small backyard, tiled and requires zero maintenance. A plus to a single guy in his 30s.
His backyard has lovely flowers, the yellow ones are especially eye-catching.

Beautiful photos, especially the yellow flowers. What are the blue bits in the first photo? Are those flowers too?

That’s a lovely house and seems huge for a single guy.
